ABOUT ERIN BRENNAN

I know that legal action can be daunting. I have more than 12 years of federal and state criminal defense experience. I have handled everything from DWI to kidnapping to rape to manslaughter to federal wire fraud and federal sex trafficking. I am licensed in the states of Missouri, Illinois, and Texas. However, my practice is concentrated in Dallas, Texas and the greater DFW area. I am a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. I promise to be by your side and walk you through every step of the criminal justice process. I will know the facts of your case better than you. 

For 9 years I worked as an Assistant Federal Public Defender in Dallas, TX, which helped me to master federal criminal law. Prior to that, I worked as an Assistant Public Defender and an Assistant City Prosecutor, which helped me to master state criminal law. In these roles, I have tried lots of cases to a jury and obtained numerous acquittals and dismissals. I have been listed as lead attorney in 550 federal cases and 500 state cases. I attended Saint Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri for both my undergraduate degree as well as my law degree. While I was in law school, I majored in Criminal Litigation Skills and I interned for a federal district court judge. I also clerked for a federal magistrate judge after law school. Growing up, I dreamt of being a criminal defense attorney. I am passionate about what I do.
